Can I get my Data out of JustAccounts?
Yes, all the data can be exported out of JustAccounts into excel and is regularly backed up every 15 minutes on our servers.
What do I need to get started?
All you need to get started is an internet connection and a laptop or PC.
How safe is my data?
Your data is held on the Amazon ec2 cloud and is backed up every 15 minutes. The server is highly secure and is shared by security conscious organisations such as banks. Security was a critical factor in the development process and we believe this is the most secure way of storing your data.
How private is my data?
When you purchase JustAccounts you receive a URL unique to you as well as a pre-set username and password. Your password can then be amended at your convenience and will not be known by anyone other than you or those you have shared the credentials with.
Where is the software held?
The software is held on the Amazon ec2 cloud and operates in the cloud environment allowing us to regularly update and improve the application based on your feedback and observations.
What web browsers will it work on?
The application will work on all web platforms.
Will I need to backup my data?
Backups are run automatically and you will have no need to back the data up yourself.
